Madhuri Dixit is Sanjeev's favourite

Sanjeev Kapoor, chef and TV personality, admits he’s a little behind the times when it comes to cinema.
He was recently attending an event in Delhi, and when asked whether he’s watched any films lately, he said, “Yeah, “Band Baaja Baaraat”,” with a smile. But “Band Baaja Baaraat” is the ‘latest’ he’s watched? “I know, I’m behind the times, but I just don’t get time these days,” he said.When asked about his favourite actor, he said, “Aamir Khan.” And actress? “Madhuri Dixit!” No surprises there – she’s endorsing his food channel!
But while on the subject of TV, he said his show had a particular focus, and they didn’t get into “song and dance”, as is the trend these days. “People thought of food as a small niche, and I had to change that paradigm, hence the 24-hour food channel,” he added.
